Under no circumstances would I ever go back to this place. Last July I walked in for a prescription for an EpiPen because I am allergic to bees and was going on vacation. The extent of my visit was uttering that sentence. Nothing else. They billed me almost $500 for the doctor to look at me and say, "Okay, sounds good." The entire visit lasted less than 1 minute. Went there in serious pain, and I believed that it was one thing and the doctor said it was, but it turned out to be an entirely different issue (it turned out to be a serious infection) so she totally diagnosed me wrong and I had to go to the ER because of this incorrect diagnosis. Now I'm being told to pay like $230 dollars for this extremely unhelpful visit as well as having to pay for the ER too. Wow! What a great experience. I had never used an Urgent Care before, but this particular ouchie demanded it. It was easy to find AFC and that it was covered through my insurance. But, the best part...the staff. Nice, funny, gentle, kind and all of that goodness. I was even offered a popsicle. (I'm 57 and you are never too old for a popsicle.)
