I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care in Little Ferry. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I was seen quickly and treated with care and respect. Everything was explained clearly, and I truly felt like I was in good hands. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of urgent care.

Extremely disappointing experience. The provider did not conduct a thorough examination despite my presenting symptoms consistent with hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD). My mouth and feet were not properly checked for blisters, and the overall assessment felt rushed and incomplete. I left the visit feeling unheard and concerned that my condition was not properly evaluated.
Before my appointment, I asked the front desk for a full cost breakdown and whether my insurance would cover everything. I made it clear I’d only proceed if costs were within my budget. I was assured they were, but months later, I received a $50 “new patient” fee. I contacted them, but they refused to adjust it. I feel misled and won’t be returning. After reading reviews, it’s clear this has happened to others too.
