I want to start by saying the front desk personnel were very sweet and accommodating, they did the best they could to assist when the wait was incredibly long. That being said - I scheduled a “save your spot” on their website for 5:10p, I arrived at 5:00p and checked in. I was then sitting in the waiting room until well after 6. Once I asked how much longer, I was told the provider had asked them to hold on bringing any patients back.. which was odd they didn’t announce that and people were continuing to check in, and the wa... read more
They are amazing
The check in process was the only thing that was not smooth. This had nothing to do with the wonderful staff, and everything to do with poor technology. I would have rated my experience 5 stars if not for the check-in process, The staff and care was wonderful. Thank you!
They were very nice and very professional. I would return here if I need to.
