Arrived at the Lakewood Ranch location with a worker that had lacerated his leg and needed stitches, walked to the front desk, asked to check in and informed her that this would be a workman's compensation claim. Immediately told that my worker "would not be seen until I had a WC claim number, rudely." Then once I had the WC claim number, I was abruptly told to "scan the QR code." to check in.
