Great service all around
Easy peazy, and pleasant workers under immense pressures of impatient grouchy old patients in the lobby... I applaud the front desk worker and her ability to deal with them and still be super nice to the rest ot us. Give her a raise. In back they were all pleasant and straight to business in fixing me. Feel 50% better today, at that rate I'll be back to myself in a couple days.
After quite a long (almost an hour) wait I was finally seen for a nagging mild cough and shortness of breathe. This being the 3rd visit in a few short weeks with no real difference in my symptoms, I was hoping to get to the bottom of it. Took a chest x-ray and said they would get back to me in a few hours. Almost 2 days now and haven't heard back from them? I think they are sort staffed on nurse practitioner's and doctors, hence the long wait time.
I was very grateful to find an urgent care place that took Humana insurance. The girl at the desk was very kind and helped me complete the sign in process . I was elated that they could also perform needed x rays. I got to see a qualified nurse that provided me with a prescription.
