I made a appointment yesterday, on the phone for 3:15 PM today WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS COMPLEITLY empty and the girl said I had to wait 2hr or come back because the doctors where on lunch and their was patient on the back mine you I also made a appointment on the app and register so that I didn't have to wait..very bad costumer service..I left and went to citymd and only waited 15 minutes..not even a manager was there will never go to the place wouldn't recommend it..
I always go to this urgent care for myself and my kids. Cynthia is a quick and efficient provider. A couple months ago I had a really bad cough (for 2 months) along with other symptoms. My primary care provider had no idea why. I went to Cynthia, she asked me a couple questions and she figured out that What I was experiencing was a side effect of my medication.
