Set an appointment online for 8am been standing outside for over 30 minutes because no providers are there. This is unacceptable to have a sick person standing outside while feeling ill. Do better.

When I gave this facility an understandably poor rating on a follow-up email after an extremely traumatic and dehumanizing visit, their care coordinator who reached out to me immediately (let’s simply call her Ms. Jones) made matters even worse than they already were. Rude, arrogant and condescending only scratches the surface of what it was like to experience her on that day.
