I've been suffering in agony with muscles spasms and a pinched nerve. I called and they took me in right away. Everyone from front desk to clinical was friendly and understanding. Dr. Evan took time to listen and really showed he cared about making me feel better. They all listened as I went on and on about my symptoms and frustration with this pain. The ladies up front and back were very friendly (which is why they get 2 stars) and I had visited the same location a yr ago pertaining to the same issue. I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel this one is warranted. I was self pay and was charged $140 ($175 first visit same issue) just for him to examine and write the prescription. Such a friendly, pleasant staff! Made me feel welcomed immediately. The doctor was upbeat and her energy made me feel better immediately. Could not recommend this place more!
Aafreen and jasmine also nurse Maude are the best this place is a life saver excellent customer service I visited the Woodstock facility HUGE MISTAKE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ID RATHER DIE BEFORE I GO BACK TO THAT POOR EXCUSE OF A CLINIC Karupa get lossed however I'm so greatful for Woodstock I love this location way to go guys
The customer service as in communication was great, not bad at all. However I sprained my knee and was only given an ice pack. I could barely walk on it, and it kept giving out. I thought I was gonna be given and knee brace or crutches atleast because once again I couldn’t bear any weight on my right leg. They cool I guess
