I had a very good experience with Dr Kazi and his assistant on 7/16. Dr Kazi was very personable, very informative, and he listened to my concerns. After X-ray review, he opened my exam room with a smile and the words, "Great News!" Of course, It put me at ease right away and clearly he cared about the outcome. I did need a prescription. I had the best urgent care experience ever today at AFC Urgent Care in Kennesaw. I made an appointment online (which doesn’t guarantee you’ll be seen at that time) and I was seen promptly after my arrival. The receptionist was friendly and helpful as was the doctor I saw. I was treated with respect and professionalism. The took the time necessary to diagnose and treat the sickness I was suffering with. The practitioner was very kind and helpful, but the billing is not very transparent here. I came for a follow-up about a week after my initial visit, as suggested by the practitioner if my sickness persisted. When I came in, the receptionist informed me of a bill that hadn't been mailed or emailed to me. It was unusually high and the receptionist could not explain why. Definitely not open until 8pm on Friday. Doors were locked, no one apparently there before 6:30pm on July 17, 2026.
It is by far one of the best urgent care centers I've ever been to. Great, I mean excellent customer service. Thorough care and clean location. I will definitely be back to this location for any urgent needs and I will make sure closeby family members know about them as well.
