I had a fantastic experience at AFC Urgent Care! My daughter came in with an earring backing stuck in her earlobe, and the team was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They got us in and out extremely fast, even taking us earlier than our scheduled appointment. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend this urgent care center for their excellent service and professionalism! Thank you, AFC Urgent Care!
This is a very special, wonderfully caring place. Although I have a great PCP, a close friend has needed care here on several occasions. They have not only lived up to the "urgent" in urgent care, but also exceeded it with accurate diagnoses and prompt care. Most recently, I was there for myself. The experience was remarkably quick and seamless. One couldn't ask for a better interaction. The staff members were not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating and attentive to my needs. The Nurse Practitioner was exceptional; he listened intently, demonstrated genuine concern, and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I felt comfortable, informed, and satisfied.
This visit was good. Quick in/out. Easy and convenient. I think the service can depend some on the PA working. (The last one never called in my daughter's flu medicine.) Had a good one this time, thankfully. And the rest of the team is pretty great, too!
I was a walk-in and the check in process was easy. The staff were professional yet warm and friendly. I was seen promptly. They listened to my concerns. I was given a prescription and today I feel much better. I definitely will go there again if I need care
