AFC Kennesaw is the best place for urgent care! Ashlyn at the front office was sweet and welcoming! No waiting time on a Tuesday morning, I was able to be seen immediately for an earache. Carrie; MA was very professional and thorough. Maude; PA was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail about my ear. This is the number ONE Urgent Care location in the Kennesaw Area. If you want to be seen quickly and efficiently, you will want to use this amazing facility. The front desk ladies were very nice and professional. I personally saw Evan, N.P. He treated me with respect and listened to what I was going through. Do not come with asthma symptoms l will not be returning to this location. I went in this office three weeks ago and got a very low dose of steroids and an inhaler. I never really improved and went back yesterday. All they did was give me the same low dose of steroids. They did nothing. When I tried to call back, they didn’t answer. I ended up in the ER needing a breathing treatment (which I should’ve gotten from the get-go three weeks ago). Fast, efficient and caring. The staff was friendly and helpful. They asked clarifying questions to better understand what was happening and how to best treat it. Definitely recommend. And the prices weren’t too bad.
I've been suffering in agony with muscles spasms and a pinched nerve. I called and they took me in right away. Everyone from front desk to clinical was friendly and understanding. Dr. Evan took time to listen and really showed he cared about making me feel better. They all listened as I went on and on about my symptoms and frustration with this pain.
