Very efficient, clean, and caring. Completed all patient info online and walked right in. No office paperwork to complete or sign. PA and assistant were knowledgeable and professional. Took time to answer all questions and concerns. I felt confident in trusting the diagnosis and recommendations. Will definitely return for primary healthcare needs. MA Emily was kind and friendly, I enjoyed her presence. I can’t remember my PA’s name but she was young and i believe she had curly, red hair. I came in for an earring that was stuck in my ear and I was in so much pain. The entire process was excruciating for me but if it wasn’t for how gentle, caring and patient my PA was, that earring would probably still be in my ear. I appreciate the staff so much here but especially the PA I had today. May she always be rewarded with the same care and kindness she shares with others.
