Each time I’ve gone in, I’ve been billed for things that their membership was supposed to cover and they’re really disorganized. I’ve also had issues that revealed that they’re really disorganized and not able to provide good customer service. When I call, nobody can help or answer my questions. Nearly $350 for someone to look up my nose and tell me that I needed to take FloNase. What a joke.
I got pretty sick with bronchitis and Covid while I was in Boise for Christmas. I was having trouble breathing and the Garden City location was the closest to my parents house. Bretta Cyr is who I saw and she was an absolute Godsend for me. It's very rare to get such personalized care at an urgent/quick care but Bretta made me feel listened to and I felt she really cared for my wellbeing.
