Not a long wait and a great,friendly staff.
I was seen and used my debit card to pay for my copay. Around two weeks later, AFC ran my card again "without my permission" amt of $130.50. I called and spoke to someone in the billing department about this issue. I ask, who gave them authorization to use my card, and that I never authorize them to use my debit except the day I was seen. Was told that my claim was denied for incorrect ins info. But yet when checking in, I updated my ins info along with taking a picture of the front and back of the card.
