This was the easiest urgent care visit I’ve ever had. Everyone there was genuinely the nicest group of people I’ve ever met, and the whole process was fast from start to finish. I was in, taken care of, and out the door with zero stress. Truly a great experience.
For being new to your clinic. I think it’s terrible to come into your clinic and there is no one to greet and help you. There is an unwelcoming spirit coming in for help, and everyone that enters, knows it is not an emergency room hospital. So much valuable time is wasted. At this time I would direct someone to another clinic.
