We came to this urgent care expecting timely service, but instead experienced an extremely frustrating situation. The receptionist, an older woman named Bobby, told us she was checking our insurance and repeatedly asked us to wait. We waited for over 30 minutes, only to find out that she had not been checking anything at all. When we questioned her, she denied she said that.
