Overall a good experience, I went in yesterday with a sinus issue that had been lingering too long. I was seen, treated and walked out the door in less than 2 hours. Today, less than 24 hours later I'm feeling a lot better.

My child was having really bad ear pain, our PCP office had no appointments available and was told to take her to the walk-in care, they had a 2-3 hour wait. So frustrating when your child is crying and in pain. My husband called Four corners Urgent. They answered efficiently and told my husband that they could see her more quickly. What a joke! Just like most of the so called “CARE” we have in this county. Very disappointed that all they did for my daughter was take her temp, look at her throat, charge her 180 bucks, and send her on her way. She’s even more sick since she got home. No Covid or flu test, no strep test, nothing. My son had a similar experience as well. Waist of time, money and space! They get two stars for at least writing up a doctors note.

My fiancé visited this urgent care with clear respiratory symptoms and asked about possible COVID. They dismissed it as “just allergies” and did not offer testing or further evaluation. The next day, both of us tested positive for COVID. This is not the first time we’ve experienced rushed, dismissive care here. Failing to test for a contagious illness puts patients and the community at risk. I would not recommend this clinic for anyone needing thorough or careful evaluation.
