very unprofessional went to get an x- ray , they took my x-ray then sat me in room to wait for 45 min to come back and tell me they dont know why the results are taking long to come back . They sent me home and said they would call me back in 30 mins which they never did . I had to call back 10 min before they closed to get my results and even then i think they were lying . terrible job lazy workers

Very professional at the fromt desk. The rooms could be a little bit more cleaner- it wasnt swept and there were small spiders. There wasn’t a very long wait at all however, this urgent care states they don’t do bloodwork only chest examination. AFC in bloomfield does everythint and I found thats more helpful then someone just speaking to you. Regardless to AFC being acute care this location should offer more. Its more of a consultation. Physician on staff was a little curt- very brief.
I went in for a drug test. Their communication style is extremely authoritarian. Basic courtesy like saying “please” is completely absent. You don’t feel like you’re being addressed as a person, but rather as an object. Professionalism is not just about procedures — it also requires basic human respect.
I had an easy and seamless experience here. Thank you for taking care of me
