What a fantastic urgent care experience! As someone visiting the area, I must say the level of service was truly impeccable, from the front desk staff to the clinical team. Their commitment to quick service ensured quick treatment promptly. For urgent medical needs, I cannot recommend this location highly enough. My only note is that 24-hour service would make it perfect.
This was the most unprofessional experience l've ever had at a medical office. I called to get a doctor's note for work, and the front desk staff immediately got defensive, told me I couldn't get a note because too many days had passed and my virus "wasn't serious," and refused to properly explain that I could just come in, get reevaluated, and get a new note.
