After waiting an hour to get seen, I finally got called back where I waited another 45 mins. As I waited in the room I could hear the doctor and nurses chatting about their weekend and their shifts. Mind you, when I got to urgent care there was 2 other people there and no one else showed up within the hour I waited so, they weren’t extremely busy. Came in very ill trying to be seen quickly, waited an hour and a half in a room with zero care. At one point someone came in to tell us the doctor would be by in 10-15 mins and we waited another 30 mins and got up and left. Highly recommend you stay home or go to a real doctors office, this place is a joke.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I have been to AFC Urgent Care in Castle Rock on a few occasions, each time it has been a complete mistake. They are very disorganized and do not provide anywhere near what I would call quality service, as they state they do. Tried calling them over multiple days and left more than 3 voicemails asking for updates on results...never an answer or call back. Very expensive and they expect you to pay for this service? Would absolutely not recommend.
