Open hours are 8am and they wont open the door till 8:30-9 No matter if you come the next day for a re-check they make you do the same paperwork Absolutely ridiculous and waste your time When the provider is late they won’t open the door. So do they think their time is more valuable than ours? Last time visiting this facility
My experience at urgent care today was very pleasant. Both the physician assistant and the physician were highly professional and attentive. The doctor was especially kind and took her time with my mother, making her feel comfortable and valued. She even took the extra step to ask for her name, which we truly appreciated. There was very little wait time, and the entire visit was efficient without feeling rushed. We were seen quickly and were in and out in a timely manner.
