I had an order to do some lab testing, creatine, urinalysis, blood work etc. . I never saw an uncoordinated medical team such as this. They were to send my blood work to Quest. AFC was supposed to send urinalysis as well. AFC said you should receive test results in 2 days. Eleven days later I received some results from my doctor. Several of the tests were incomplete NO, again No urinalysis tests because they claim none was taken. Would not rely on AFC Medical or Quest and would never go there again.
