Worst customer service ever 0 effort into helping a sick patient figure out insurance Front desk had attitude and 0 energy to help out way better customer service urgent cares around the area literally on the phone with another urgent care in the lobby of this urgent care and they were more help then the front desk at this location. Lose the attitude or find another job you deal with sick people all day throw a smile on and help patients figure out they are sick don’t send them to another place.
I was treated very poorly!!!! I called back to inquire about my insurance. The way the lady with dark, I believe black hair talked to me was unacceptable. She cut me off. I had to go to another urgent care to find out i have the flu. Who wants to be mistreated when they don't feel well?
