Wait time in lobby was short but loooong waiting exam room. Been sitting in exam room for 45 minutes.
I woke up not feeling well. I was able to book online and get an appt prior to needing to be at work. The staff was friendly and competent. Medical assistant Pheonix was delightful and PA Rhonda was so compassionate. I appreciate their care!
Awesome customer service, great nurses and my RA was fantastic. I went in with a bad case of poison ivy and my RA researched my health history and made recommendations based on her research. I am happy to say the itching stopped. I feel it was a good choice on my part to stop trying to control the itching and spread and seek professional advice.
The overall care I received from check in was wonderful. The staff truly care and listen. Highly recommend AFC
Update there is no appointment options. The website says it’s an appointment but not a place holder since it’s a walk in clinic.
