I went in for an infected tattoo Friday morning, I got seen shortly after I finished my paperwork and I can’t begin to tell you how great the staff here is. Amidst all the pain I was experiencing I failed to request a doctors note, as I needed to take off work to heal, and called Tuesday to request one, Dalaynei (she spelled it for me and I still might’ve slaughtered it, my apologies) was incredibly helpful. She understood my situation and did everything in her power to help me out. Thank you again!
For having to go to an urgent care, this is pretty top notch. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming and doesn’t make you feel like you’re at an urgent care. Once seen all staff and doctors were quick and attentive.
Very good care once I was seen, which took a fairly long time considering very few patients were there.
Took care of my finger infection very quickly. The nice doctor asked if I wanted her to lance the wound and I was so glad I did. Got immediate relief and antibiotics right there on site!
I had a super quick experience with the friendly staff here. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
