The service is fine but the billing has been a nightmare. They have consistently charged my bank account for balances that I have not received an invoice for, and when I attempt to contact their billing department to get clarification I never get an answer. I think there may be other urgent care facilities that provide better billing visibility for those that have the option.
This place has taken care of me through thick and thin. Insured or not, they took care of me. Small stomach ache or basically dying with kidney stones, they took care of me. They know when it’s something they can handle or when you need to go to a full hospital and I always appreciate the care they provided. All of the doctors, nurses and other professionals I interacted with while there were superstars!
We’ve been to this location twice and had two great experiences. Both times have been for children’s injuries. The team here is fast and fantastic!!
Had some bloodwork done today by Krystal who was very kind and I hardly even felt the needle. Would not hesitate to come back, props to the whole staff at this location for efficiency and professionalism but especially Krystal!
