They are holding my money hostage and I keep getting billing notices even though I’ve already paid!! I came here in October just for them to do tests and tell me to rest and drink fluids, billed me $372 (owed after insurance which is ridiculous), paid my bill in December after getting my bill in the mail. Update…This office has mysteriously CLOSED effective November 2024. No one will return any patient calls whatsoever. No way to leave any messages as of December. No idea what happened but I fear it’s not a good reason. Very very unprofessional to just “temporarily close” without giving patients any info or any way to contact anyone at all at the office and no return calls. Weird. Don’t go here. They got my daughter’s birthday wrong. Could not get prescription without calling back. Go to pharmacy and it was wrong dose. You may have got me a prescription but not without a lot of hassle. Edit. The “doctor” also said my daughter had sinusitis. And was giving an antibiotic until I insisted on performing a flu test which was positive!!! I got some lab work done through this place. When the results came in I got a call with the results and when I asked if I could get a copy of them, the girl on the phone seemed bothered by this. I just brushed it off and confirmed the email she was to send the results to. That was about mid November or so and as of today: December 26, 2024, I have not received a copy of my lab results. AVOID at all costs!!!!!!!!! I’ve never seen such an irresponsible clinic. 2 weeks ago, I had a physical and antibody test at this clinic. Paid around $1000 without insurance coverage myself. The owner promised I’d get my results and documents last week, but despite following up multiple times, nothing. Last Saturday, I went in person, and the staff told me it’d be ready in 3-5 days, but now it’s been 5 days with no contact. The clinic has closed without any notice, and I can’t reach anyone.
