Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Will never be going back to this place. There is a Prisma urgent care a few blocks down. Do yourself and your family a favor and go there! I arrived at this place on a Monday at 8:45 am and didn’t get called back for 3 plus hours. Then proceeded to wait for another hour in the room before being seen. Place was NOT packed at the time either. Employees are nice, but provided no warning or prep of the wait time. Didn’t leave this place until closer to 1pm!
3 1/2 hours waiting!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!
I would not recommend this place unless you have 4 hours set aside to sit and wait, there is nothing URGENT about this place. I booked an appointment at 12 online got there 10 minutes early like the text message stated. I sat 2 hours in the waiting room when I told them I made an appointment I was told by the manager Page that's not an appointment and the look on her face as if she could care less about people sitting there for hours.
