Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I went early and didn't have to wait at all.
Excellent care, short wait and great bedside manner
Horrible bedside manners no communication what so ever waited over 1.5 hours and didn't see a soul anywhere got up and left as I'm walking out 2 patients that came in after me and I'm not just talking 5 mins after like 20 mins after I had my stuff done they walked in and where seen and dismissed as I was leaving literally the WORST AFC URGENT CARE I've ever been too someonr needs to shut them down like yesterday
Was happy with the NP. But thw saved apot ws 3pm i didnt get called back unril 5:15... the ladys at the front didnt say anything about being short handed or sorry about the wait etc. Not a goos look for Bon Secours especially when your not feeling well. I will think twice if there ia a next time.
