very thorough, and compassionate
I made an appointment for 8:30 AM today only to find out the urgent care was not open when I got there. The staff was there but no provider so they left a note on the window and didn’t notify anyone with appointments. I had to take the entire morning off and the staff didn’t even apologize! I found the girl at the desk to be very rude and cold to myself and another very sick woman who went through exactly what I did. I loved my PA and RN Kim. I had a very pleasurable experience got my meds fast and was on the mend few hours later with meds!
I was in need of a DOT physical so I used AFC in Airmont NY this past Saturday. The entire staff was amazing and professional. I also want to make a shot out to Christina Cruz the medical examiner . She was so kind and very helpful to me . If anyone asks me where to go , it’s AFC in Airmont . And if asked for DOT exams same place but on Saturday’s only
