On Fri. Sept. 26, 2025, Went here because my husband hurt his knee and needed x-ray. Was there for almost an hour when they said no one was there to take x-ray. I NEVER heard of it. You knew it was a knee injury when we walked in. Why didn't you tell us then?? Then she said my ins. Was cancelled which it wasn't. So I had to call my insurance and put them on the phone with the receptionist. All of this nonsense and you tell me he can't be seen because of no x-ray technician. Need to close this facility They are horrible. Make you wait 30 minutes even if your sick with pain. Front desk was rude. Did not care that my son was in pain sitting in the waiting room we were the only one there. We left and went to the ER. Why is this place called Urgent care. The owner and manager needs to revisit the management of this facility, close your doors or hire quality staff with great work ethics.
Wait time is the worst, don't recommend
The check in process was extremely aggravating. I had called earlier in the day and was told there are no appointments needed but the process is faster if I fill all the information out online. I spent a good 15 minutes completing all the questions and scanned my driver's license and insurance card. I walk in and the guy said the online system is down and I need to fill things out by hand on a clipboard and scan my ID and Insurance card.
