Went in due to a nasty cold. Wanted to rule out anything more serious. Making the appointment online was simple with limited wait time to be seen. Nurse took my vitals and ran a battery or tests/swabs. RPN came in shortly after to confirm all my tests were negative. In and out in under 15 minutes.
During our recent visit, the team was very professional and prompt to help us, Of course I hope you don’t need a Doctor but I strongly recommend this clinic.
Physician is kind, competent, and very nice.
My experience here was infuriatingly frustrating. Medical personnel and staff are rude and contradict each other. They repeatedly failed to submit my prescriptions to the pharmacy; then sent one to wrong pharmacy. They still haven’t sent in the other after a week and multiple calls and visits. They told me that I can’t work but refused to sign form I need to get time off after telling me on the phone to come in so they could sign it.
