Everyone was very nice. The staff that swabbed my nose for testing for the flu and Covid were very friendly and gentle. But I wasn’t seen for over 30 minutes after the time I scheduled to be seen, which was a little frustrating because they didn’t give me any idea of how long I would be waiting. Otherwise a good visit and I would go there again.
I really like this new Urgent Care office on West Butler Rd. The Doctor & and his staff were very good and caring and the office was very clean..Everyone was very helpful.
Great service nice and friendly wasn’t there but like a hour in and out and feeling better
