Every year I have a bad sinus infection because of allergies, I go get a steroid shot and a z-pac and within 5 days I am able to function at almost full capacity. This year, I went in told them what the problem was, of course they had a different nurse practitioner, a really young man that evidently knew more than I did about my own body. Came in for a simple drug test and was waiting for 2 long hrs. Unbelievable might I add only 5 patients been here the whole time.
I was there today and there was a elderly lady that came in and needed help getting signed in and with her information on the ipad . The receptionist told her that she couldnt help her with it . There was a patient sitting closer than i was and she told the lady that she would help her . I understand they are busy but come on you can do better . The nurse and the Nurse Practitioner was awesome . My visit was great . Thanks .
