Dry sauna doesn't work for over a year. Dirty locker room that stinks like feet. The wet sauna has a broken door and a really bad smell because it hasn't been cleaned for a very long time. I am shocked and frustrated by this pool! 😡 There are two women’s and two men’s locker rooms, plus one family locker room without a shower or restroom. I came with my two 6-year-old children — a boy and a girl. I was told I could not use the women’s locker room because another customer felt “uncomfortable” with my son. I cannot send my 6-year-old son to the men’s restroom, as I do not feel it is safe for him! Where am I supposed to change both children and use the shower? This is completely absurd and unsafe. Really disappointed with this gym. The monthly fee is way too high considering how little they actually maintain or improve the place. Most of the equipment feels old, and nothing ever seems to get updated. I am really frustrated with the sauna. It has been broken for about a year now. I wonder what we are paying for?
Honestly one of the worst gyms I’ve been to. They charge way too much per month for what you actually get. The equipment is outdated, nothing ever gets upgraded, and it feels like they just don’t care about improving the place. The biggest issue is the sauna, it’s been broken for almost a YEAR and still hasn’t been fixed. If the monthly membership fee got decreased then ok I would understand. But what are we paying for except for the pool and outdated equipment.
