I started going to AFC in 2018 for therapy for my hip. Its now Ivy Rehab but had a different name then. It was phenomenal! My therapy Amy has been doing therapy for a long time. She is an old school therapist and met my needs. The plus was I was able to do aqua therapy. Felt like I had a new hip when I was done. Have had 2 additional sessions since then. Nice place to work out live the pool
Went in to tour the facility to see about signing up and the place is pretty underwhelming for a gym. Weight room looked to have some tired equipment and not a lot of it. Locker rooms were pretty beaten and prettt dirty. The complex is massive but your membership only gives you access to a small portion of the entire facility. I deeply regret joining AFC. The gym is fine. I realized I don't like gyms and much prefer exercising in the beauty of the outdoors. I've never joined a gym that has a yearly membership. Every other gym have been month to month and easy to end. I joined in January and haven't been to the gym since May, but I am contractually obligated to pay every month until January.
