I gave this review one star, since zero stars is not an option. My wife charged a membership period to her Capital One credit card last year. Because they charged a premium of $35 for the charge, she advised them that she would pay by check in the future and to please destroy her credit card information, which they agreed to do. The receptionist staff and trainers are absolutely amazing. The equipment and facilities are also wonderful. On the experience side of this gym, it’s a 5/5. However, this gyms profit model is unethical, and deep down driven to suck as much money out of you as possible. The contract is binding for a full year— this would be okay if the sales team explicitly mentioned this. The contract terms are meant to confuse you and smooth past this reality. The gym looks great. Unfortunately I never got to use it! The wild waste of my time with crappy sales techniques was not great. I made it very clear from the first text message I do not live here full time and needed monthly. Instead of simply saying they don’t offer that, I was absorbed into a massive waste of time for myself and the people trying to make a sale. There were lots of pieces but I will spare the details 🙄.
