I scheduled an appointment and still had to wait! I was the last patient to be seen and last escorted out. There shouldn't be a scheduling system if you won't honor it!
We had a quick visit to this urgent care. Unfortunately it left a lot to be desired. The nurse practitioner that helped us seemed to want to be anywhere other than there. We were provided with little to no information on what the issue was, just that we needed antibiotics, and were done with our visit in about two minutes and rushed out.
There was one provider there today but the techs would check on me and tell me she’d be with me soon. Everyone there was great!!
