Knowledgeable and honest.
I stopped in for an estimate and the owner took time to look over my project. He was honest and knowledgeable. When I left, my classic car stalled 50 ft from the shop. The owner of the shop gladly helped me get my car started. He loaned me some tools and the put a volt tester on the car to make sure I would make it home. He saved me 400 dollars that I was quoted by a tow company. There are still good people out there. Thanks again AFC
Very nice, knowledgeable and transparent, I had some questions with my fiberglass 3 piece front end and he walked me through my damage and let me know what to expect.
Called spoke to Jerry and sent him photos of the rust. Time and price discussed. Brought car in sat afternoon. He called me early pm it was done. Thank you Jerry!!!
After being in a minor collision in my business vehicle I called to get an estimate. They asked what vehicle I had & what the damage was I told him a couple small dents & paint markings from a minor collision to which he replied "I'm currently not taking on anymore work." This appears my job is not important enough to make a ton of money since it would be fast & easy & obviously he does not care about the customer
