I went with my pregnant wife to do blood work and the nurse was very rude with us, going to another place!
Monday 10/6 I called for an appointment at the westford office. I have an urgent issue to take care of. They gave me one that coming thursday 10/9. I showed up early to my appointment, the power in the building went out for like 10 minutes so they told me they couldn't do my appointment, couldn't check me in and that theyd call me. They never called me. I've had a really great experience so far at both the Westford office and the Concord office, with the exception of occasionally stand-offish ultrasound techs. Not rude, just over it. I get it. Everything else about every visit for this pregnancy has been lovely. Reception has been kind, doctors, midwives, and NPs have been great.
