I have never had a positive gyn experience until I came here. They are seriously the kindest people, and Emily Underwood is the most comforting person I’ve ever met. 10/10 would recommend this office to any and everyone
They claim to be busy due to other hospitals closing but at what point do you say enough & stop taking new patients? Being on hold for 30+ mins is wild. They have trouble scheduling necessary appts for pregnancy’s. & the staff is plain rude. I’ve birthed all my children with AFA & hope to with my last but at this point idk if they’ll have room for me in Labor!
I have nothing but positive things to say. I’ve been here twice and Dr. Letner, Leslie and the office staff have been super helpful, kind, down to earth and informative. Looking forward to future appointments!
I believe they need to hire better receptionists. They are very unhelpful and not friendly at all. They don't attempt to work around your problems and fail to check if your insurance is active before the appointment. As a result, when you receive the bill in the mail and call them to update your insurance card, they won't let you schedule a new appointment if you owe money, even if you promise to pay on the day of the appointment.
