The AF Supply, Harrison location, is great. The showroom manager, Paul Samuels, was excellent. Paul was responsive to all my requests and went above an beyond to provide great customer service. Especially since I was in the process of making updates to my home. Paul was thoughtful to take into consideration my renovation needs to make recommendations that more suitable to the project. Don't order from here! I ordered a water heater from them and it said it ships from 1-7 buisness days. I needed this water heater to replace one that was built in **** that is barely working. I didn't get the email saying the expected delivery date so I messaged the company. Finally got an answer saying oh we can't find that. Asked to speak to the person in charge that responded with oh it was damaged so we wernt going to send it. It will take 5-6 weeks to get the new one. Business response:
Upon picking the material ordered we found that is was damaged and unsellable. We inquired to the manufacturer if we could order another unit but due to COVID-19 leads times have been extended to months. We did refund the customer and our website inventory has been adjusted.
