They maintained excellent communication and thoroughly addressed the areas I wanted to fix. While I understand that certain aspects couldn’t be perfected due to the age of the floors, their work was efficient and met my expectations. Fernando was also patient, knowledgeable, and responsive to all my questions, making the entire process smooth and professional.
