This serves as feedback about my extremely negative experience with AF New York 22 w 21st st, I placed an order for three bathrooms, which included thermostatic shower sets for all three as well as toilets and all shower materials graff. The bill came to over 5 digits. Yet despite putting through such a large order, I received extremely poor service. Extraordinary service! 20+ years ago we used AF Supply for all our plumbing fixtures when we renovated our Brooklyn townhouse. Last year, the shower valve failed. My plumber struggled to find the right part. As a last gasp effort, I went back to AF. To my amazement, Jenifer Silberstein accessed our original invoices, identified and supplied a new, correct replacement. Count me flabbergasted! Thank you, Jenifer and AF. What professionalism!
As an architect renovating my own home, I am picky enough to cause trouble but not knowledgeable enough to sort out all the nuances between each fixture. Working with Rozita at AFNY had been amazing, she is super knowledgeable, guided me through the selection and managed the long lead times thru COVID-19. Highly recommend AFNY to anyone, especially design professionals, take your clients to their showroom, it will make it easier!
AF New York is my go-to showroom for plumbing fixtures and hardware. A great display of the top brands with a range of price points but always excellent quality. The showroom reps are very knowledgeable and helpful.
