I was contacted by a supervisor over the phone and the owner via email, both of whom sincerely apologised for my experience. I really appreciated the way they handled the situation and their willingness to listen and improve. Great naturopath clinic! I feel well supported along my journey to health & I love the budget friendly monthly instalments for long term support 😊 I usually do zoom consults but had the chance to come into the clinic for the first time this week & loved the professional yet calming environment. I really appreciate the check-in calls after my first couple of consults to make sure I had understood everything, I think that’s so important! I look forward to continuing my journey to health with AF Health 😊
The service at AF Health is amazing and the staff members so polite and kind. I had my first appointment with Dr.Kelly and I left that appointment feeling heard, best feeling ever. She is knowledgeable and was able to affirm some concerns that I had. I would highly recommend AF Health if you want to understand your body and find solutions that work, not by treating symptoms only but by getting to the root cause of issues you might be experiencing.
