I cannot recommend A.F. Cost & Sons enough. Frank and the entire team are fantastic. We recently had an emergency at our home due to a clogged sewer line, and Robert was there first thing the next morning. He is an absolute delight. Cost Plumbing to the rescue! When I dropped my wedding ring down the sink, Cost was there! When the toilet at my office backed up, Cost was there! Keep up the good work!
I rent and the rental company uses these people and they called me to make a appointment a week ahead to look at my account and pi ked today cause it was warm enough and even called to confirm and they never showed up ! I am so mad ! I work 2 jobs and had to make sure I had someone to help me make sure someone was at my house for them and they wasted everyone's time, this is not acceptable, there should have been a phone call if they could not make it !! Had someone out today to check my hot water heater. He was great, friendly and professional. My expansion tank needed replaced and he took care of everything, And also checked the hot water tank and water pressure to make sure everything else was ok. He went right to Home Depot to get the expansion tank instead of making another appointment and even called my home warranty to take care of that and didn’t leave me with anything to do. Thank you. :)
