We recently had our car inspected for a roadworthy certificate (RWC) at AF Automotive in Footscray and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. Wally initially booked us in on a Thursday for first inspection. It didn’t pass, he gave us a call saying car was done. When we arrived he said it didn’t pass, why didn’t he say this on the phone? Fantastic help, car died right outside, had to roll it onto the kerb. They helped get us fixed up and on our way in no time.
The worst service I have ever had. If you care about your car, do not come to this place. They are not professional mechanics. I took my car for general service, and they ended up damaging it. I’m not even going back for the warranty because I don’t want them to damage it further.
