Very unprofessional. I would not trust this business with your money or treatments. Recently they have switched locations and in the process have been tremendously unprofessional canceling my appointments and delaying my treatments. Due to my disappointing experience I asked for a refund of which they said they WOULD honor, however, it has been over 3 months now and they still have not honored my refund, nor returned any of my phone calls asking about it.
