Dr Chan is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain every step clearly, making a complex process of IVF easier to understand and less overwhelming. I had a really bad experience with Dr Chan. He is not sensitive at all. If you are over 35 and have a history of trauma related to pregnancy this is not the right doctor for you. This doctor made me cry on several occasions then called his receptionist in to console me because he couldn’t deal with it. He rushes through appointments and made me endure (imo) a needless and expensive surgery for signs of endometriosis when I had never suspected this as an issue (and turns out it wasn’t one.) Dr Warren Chan helped me on my fertility journey. He did in depth checks and identified what my issues were & ensured I treated those before anything else. Dr Warren was able to identify that I had a thyroid condition & a polyp growing in my uterus. He performed surgery and was able to successfully remove the polyp & referred me to a trusted endocrinologist to mange my Graves' disease.
