Prescriptions repeatedly arrive late or not at all. Repeatedly have to call and call again to have meds delivered on time.
Despite the disappointing publicity lately about Aetna cutting back on Affordable Care support for people who need exactly that coverage, my personal experience with Rx Home Delivery has been quite positive. I live 3,000 miles northwest of their Florida office. Most of my online refills are simple, direct and arrive within 10 days via USPS. I don't use auto-refill, but track my meds well ahead of time.
