Terrible insurance
I am a social worker, and have to book rides for patients with Aetna Better Health Medicaid with their modivcare. Aetna Better Health frequently looses Standing Orders for transportation. The number on their form to fax Standing Orders is incorrect, and you have to call them to get the correct fax number. If you somehow get through to customer care, the phone is either a bad connection, or the person that takes the call is not helpful leading to being transferred and eventually hung up on.
