Aetna insurance is costing me more $$$ than to have no insurance at all!! Going to drop the Aetna prescription plan as soon as we can!!! TERRIBLE!!!
I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Stay away from Aetna ! I have a drug plan through them and I use to pay $2.60 a month for my plan. In January of 2026 the same drug coverage jumped 2000% to $ 64.60 a month ! That's insane !! How are they getting away with this ?
I signed up for Aetna health insurance through the marketplace for me and my wife and I have to say that even though their insurance was pretty decent, covering pretty much all of our medical expenses, they're home health visit was a complete scam and trying to talk to somebody through customer service was even worse. They promise you $100 gift card for the home health visit and then cancel your insurance before they have to pay out.
