I wish they would stop CALLING ME
Horrible company! I had imaging done in Jan of 24, paid everything that was owed. Shortly after I left Aetna for BCBS. Then in May of 25 i get a bill from the imaging center saying I owed almost $300 more! They said it was because Artna took their payment back and reissued a new amount. I called Aetna and they said they made a mistake in the amount that was paid so they took back some of their payment and I now owe more! I will NEVER have coverage through them. They are a scam! This company has given me the run around over the phone for the last hour. They will not send me an HSA card, or tell me how to access my funds. The best i was provided was a phone number that was no longer in service. I have had nothing but painful experiences with Aetna.
