aetna will deny you left and right
Worst insurance ever. They won’t cover medicine that my doctors recommend for me that could help me immensely and raise their prices on medicine and their monthly rate on a regular basis.
Just switched to them this month and they have yet to pick my mother up for dialysis. They say the ride is set (Lyft) and no one is sent. Six different trips ($300 out of my pocket) and the issue is still not fixed. Ask for a supervisor and I got hung up on and now I’m waiting on hold for over 15 minutes for one. The representative says that she has to request a supervisor via chat???? WTH!!!!
Been noticing on National News that Aetna issues denial after denial....even denying a young lady a foot prosthesis. Only to pay for it after being exposed on the news. I wouldn't get aetna insurance for my dog!
Jamás he tenido tanto problema en ninguna compañía de seguros de salud, para hablar con un representante al servicio al cliente es un problema tremendo, me han mandado cinco tarjetas y todas han sido con problemas. Hasta la fecha no me han podido mandar mi tarjeta como debe de ser. Una compañía como nunca había tenido problemas, es súper ridículo, el personal que tienen es completamente incompetente, ni los intérpretes según eso en español tampoco sirven, la más corriente compañía de seguros de salud.
