Terrible company. No in network neurosurgeons.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Their website payment portal has been down for weeks, making it impossible to pay bills. My account was charged over $450 incorrectly. While they eventually fixed it, they never explained what went wrong on their end. To make matters worse, because of their broken system, I couldn’t make payments, and my account was marked delinquent. Do not buy insurance through them if you want any claims covered or if you just simply need to get medication because they will not dispense any medication without prior authorizations on everything and make you jump through hoops to the point that I just paid for my medication to avoid the hassle. Stay away from Aetna if you don't want any brain damage.
