It’s the worst insurance company ever I called them and I asked them very clear questions about getting my vaccine through tristar summit hospital and I got a clear answer from them then they refused to cover my claim because the hospital is out of network which they told me before it’s on network My advice to everyone one don’t ever choose this company it’s a scam company
It's pretty bad when you've been self-sufficient your entire life now all the sudden you have to rely on other people to help you with daily activities. But you still can't get the medical attention you need because all your prior approvals get denied. You and your doctor both know what you need but the insurance is the one playing doctor. I just don't understand it. I never had this kind of problem out of my previous insurance company.
