Bad service and nobody answer the phone, they do not return calls at all.
This insurance has Failed me every time that i have need it, every thing is such a hard time with them since to get a medication or an authorization for studies , been sick and vulnerable and also dealing with this people
This insurance does not care about its customer. I have been taking the same medication for a long time under Aetna coverage. Suddenly the company decided they will not cover this medication that they recommended 3.5 years ago. The medication works perfectly for me and i have to take it for the rest of my life. Now Aetna for some reason wants me to try a different medication telling me to try it for a month and if it doesn’t work my doctor could petition for me.
