The AI bot is worthless and hangs up on you. They don't answer your questions, they just transfer you until someone hangs up on you or sends you to their stupid survey. If this isn't your employers insurance just go through someone else. Waste of time and money.
I realize there's likely little importance in my review here. Aetna knows what they're doing to people just like every other insurer. Regardless, here's one more bad review to go along with all of these others. Really I just came here to piss and moan about having zero coverage for therapy and mental health until I meet a deductible - at which point I can THEN start making copays. Good job Aetna. I find this company a waste of time when trying to get an answers.
It's too bad there isn't a -10 on the rating scale ! I've been forced to get into my own savings to pay for my surgery because they DIDN'T feel surgery was needed. All they do is deny procedures for stupid reasons. Then say you can appeal their dissions. They have that word down very well. I've talked to many Dr's and the response is ALWAYS the same. Aetna stinks !!!!
