Reluctantly we are with Aetna now, the worst insurance I’ve ever had the “pleasure” of using. Doubled appointment costs now where it comes to much needed mental health. How funny to be paying a company for a service you hope you never have to use. I’m out of pocket more now than when I was with BCBSTX.
if you were really building a healthcare environment, I would not be waiting till July the 28th to get a referral from a primary care physician. Meanwhile my left eye has degraded sight. So rather than give me a referral where I can see an ophthalmologist quickly. They are risking my eyesight by making me wait, or going to have additional cost when I go to the emergency for care. So smart. So intelligent, so concerned with my health, or just concerned about how much CEO is going to make in bonus this year.
3 stars. Bc sure, they cover me. But they don't let their agents have their own name?? They gotta make up Jeff's and Jane's?! It's humiliating for them. Let them use their names. Not ALL of us are ignorant Americans. I mean these have to be placeholder jobs, easy money while the people persecuted hold out for their real dreams. I only hope 🤞🤞 also where the hell is my $100 gc
