This company gives all insurance companies a bad name! Under guidance from my insurance agent, I changed insurance companies to Aetna effective 02/01/25. I have yet to be able to claim even one red cent from the $160.00 monthly healthybenefits program. I have made numerous calls to them about this,& instead of finding a solution, I was passed from person to person over &over, until after more than an hour of this, I finally hung up without any resolution. Be aware when ordering a “free” breast pump … My insurance provider (Aetna) agent Dreama Noel | Care Management Associate called me directly and said my insurance covered a free breast pump. She sent me a email with list of vendors. I went onto the Yummy Mummy website to place a order. I input all my insurance information into Yummy Mummy and said it was APPROVED and sent me a breast pump. My insurance denied the claim and now I’m out the cost of the pump.
