I signed up for Medicare Supplement F and D with Aetna, what a MESS! I'm so sorry I did and thank God I don't have a claim. The customer service people are nice but the systems they are working with are the worst! They can't get my address right, they call with returned mail on a Sunday afternoon from PA but everyone else is in TENN. I'm the one that has to wait on the phone for over a half hour to straighten it out, repeatedly. I can't believe these people are in business.
Aetna is absolutely the worst healthcare company ever to exist. If your company switches you to Aetna health insurance you should go find a new job, it's that bad. They must pay their customer service people below minimum wage because they are without a doubt the dumbest human beings alive.
