I have found working there to be a hostile environment (at least on the manufacturing floor). The culture is highly militaristic, and if you are caught not in philosophical alignment with this, you will be fired, with fabricated reasons.
I graduated from UCI this year and have working here as a Jr. Electrical Engineer. Everyone is very helpful and kind, and the benefits are great. The pay is competitive and I get a lot of exposure to new things which help me expand my skillset snd gain experience. The company is very accommodating and flexible, and I feel that I am respected as an employee.
