I brought my 16 year old daughter for a consultation for highlights. Her hair is short (above the shoulders and very thin, not full). The hairdresser recommended a trim to cut the dead/split ends, the cost for the trim was $35. The full highlights would cost $475. We opted out of the highlights because of the high price, especially considering her hair length/ fullness. We decided on just getting the trim, which I was told included a wash and go style. The intro call—handled by the receptionist—was detailed, thoughtful, and set a professional tone for the entire visit. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and offered a cool towel and a beverage (I went with the mimosa!).
